Since OTRS seems to be so popular, would it not be a good idea to create a forum for it? It would seem to me that information could be exchanged in a much easier manner that way. Especially when it comes to tutorials, tips, tricks etc...
So come and share your ideas here!!!

OTRS is an Open source Ticket Request System (also well known as trouble ticket system) with many features to manage customer telephone calls and e-mails.
I know this is small and we will not have much traffic but have decided to add this anyways. I had some questions recently from people as to the setup of OTRS at their work place and figured this can benefit if people can share ideas.
